Dissertation on Human in the Loop Command & Control Simulation - funded by NSF STTR in partnership with a small software firm.

Had 1st kid

ISCRAM 2009 Best Paper Award for dissertation work.

PhD in Clinical Psychology (Not Computer Science!)

Had 2nd kid

Began running ISCRAM Research Methods Track - under supervision from a mentor at the conference.  Later took over running this track.

Assisted on the Program Committee 2012 ISCRAM in Seattle

Served on the Board of the ISCRAM for years organizing international conferences

Career transitioned somewhat away from crisis to healthcare & community engagement

Pivoted to run the ISCRAM Healthcare / Public Health Crisis track
